Dear Sir Jain, thanks for your reply.
Obviously, the look of the houses in the final design must match well with the rest of the neighborhood. There is no such design yet; in this analysis, we have only examined the use of the land within the set parameters. A more detailed design, which will also include material selection, will follow later in the procedure.
It is, of course, important that a new development does not cause parking problems. In this initial exploration, we have based our assumptions on the standards from the current parking policy. This shows that more spaces are needed than are currently available. The necessary additional spaces will therefore be included in the construction of the building. Thus, in the new situation, there should be enough parking spaces for both current and new residents.
Lastly, the surroundings of the school 'De Horizon' are currently already under development. For more information about this project, please visit our website: https://www.amstelveen.nl/landtong-nieuw-schoolgebouw-en-betaalbare-woningen (in Dutch).
Not a good idea to change plan

The plot is too small to build so many social housing units. It will also be a misfit with what was originally planned to build similar row houses as existing one’s in the neighbourhood. Parking is already full in the evenings so the plan to redevelop church nearby with apartments and now build social housing apartments will create too much pressure on this area. Why is the redevelopment of horizon school area not being considered for this? That has much more area to allow for such a plan!
