Haris is the initiator of the Career Spark. She has an international career in HR including recruitment and people development. Her passion is helping and motivating people grow and be the best they can by reaching and exceeding their potential.

When she is not encouraging others to reach their career goals, she is motivating herself at the gym or running in the Amsterdam Forest.
